This 1300 sf house has four bedrooms on two floors and sleeps up to 12.

There are two small bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other has a full-size bed and an

additional twin bed. One large bedroom has a king bed and full-size futon.

Then there’s a very small room with a bunk bed.

In the living room, the oversized memory-foam window den can sleep a tall adult.
